Herb baked chicken: 6 chicken thighs in baking dish with 1/4 inch water, add 3tbsp wheat free tamari and crush 4-6 cloves garlic into the water. Coat chicken with parsley and paprika. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp basil & thyme. Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes and baste chicken every 10 minutes with juice in pan. Simple and delicious!

Try this! Home made falafel : 1cup soaked and cooked chick peas(keep water for later), 1/2 cup tahini, 3tsp minced onion, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 2tsp wheat free tamari, 2tsp each: dried parsley and cumin, 1tsp sea salt, 1/2tsp each: oregano and celery seed, 1/8tsp coriander, 1/8tsp cayenne. Mash all into paste adding a little water from cooked peas as needed it mixture is dry. Use your hands to make into balls and then lightly oil a skillet and brown both sides. Enjoy ;)
